So It Goes was a pioneering TV show which honed in on the first stirrings of punk in the UK. Known for its playful mix of music and culture it was
hosted by the infamous late Tony Wilson, maverick broadcaster and co-founder of Factory Records, the indie label par excellence and The Hacienda
club in Manchester.
In the spirit of So It Goes, TART brings together a collection of music, cinema and performative artifacts. These hybrid cultural intersections
expand and enrich the notion of gallery-based performance.
